Instructions:
  1. If you`re using frozen bass, defrost it beforehand. Leave it for the whole night in the fridge for this purpose. In the morning, you should peel them and wash carefully.
  2. Mix salt with the pepper, cilantro, nutmeg and ginger. Turn these ingredients into the dust.
  3. Rub the fish with all these spices. Add 2-3 bay leaves and sprinkle everything with the lemon juice. Add a glass of the white wine. Leave everything for an hour for marinating. In an hor turn the fish over and leave the fish for one more hour.
  4. Peel onion and cut it into thin slices. Fry it in the pan with the 2 tbsp of the olive oil. Cook the vegetable until it`s soft. Then you may put it into the empty bowl.
  5. Put tomatoes into the pot with the hot water for several seconds. And get rid of the skin. Cut the flash into thin slices.
  6. Chop herbs. Take the fish out of the bowl with the marinade and wipe it, using paper towels. Do not get rid of the fragrant liquid.
  7. Roll the fish in flour and put it on the preheated pan filled with the 1/3 of the cup with the olive oil. Cook it until it has that nice crunchy crust from both sides.
  8. Then slow down the fire and stew fish for 5 more minutes.
  9. Lubricate the form with the olive oil. Put the half of the vegetables on the bottom of the form. Add chopped herbs and garlic. Now add a half of the fried onion. Salt everything and add pepper if you like.
  10. Cover the fish with the rest of the ingredients. Pour marinade on the top of this dish. Bake seabass in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
