Instructions:
  1. Cut bacon into small pieces. Put them into the pan. Heat everything slowly.
  2. When bacon is already fried, take it out of the pan. Put the slices on the plate.
  3. Fill the same pan with the slices of carrot.
  4. Peel onion and chop it. Add onion into the pan with the carrot. Use the small amount of the vegetables not to turn this meal into smooth carrot soup. The main star of the dish is still potato.
  5. Peel the vegetable and cut it into big cubes. Add the vegetable into the same pan.
  6. Continue cooking the vegetables for 5 more minutes.
  7. Add chicken or vegetable broth. Boil everything.
  8. Take a separate bowl and mix milk with the flour in it.
  9. Add this white mass into the pan with the soup. Stir this dish with the spoon.
  10. Later add salt and pepper. Boil everything one more time. Take the pan off the fire and mash all the ingredients, using a powerful blender. If you like, you can make it totally smooth. Add cream into the pan. Mix everything one more time and put the pan back on the fire. Boil it and turn off the fire.

Serve this delicious dish in the separate plates. Don`t forget to decorate each portion with the slices of bacon and grated cheese.
