Many people avoid cooking chicken breast, as it may be rather dry. Today we`ll teach you to cook amazing juicy poultry! This recipe is very easy. If you follow these simple instructions, you`ll be satisfied with the result.

Juicy and tender chicken tastes great in combination with any garnish. If you do not have much free time, but still want to treat your close friends with something really special, you should use this recipe.

Instructions:
  1. Cut chicken breast in two. Rub them with the salt and pepper. Put several sprigs of rosemary on the top of each breast. I recommend you to use smoked salt, however, you may go on without it.
  2. Preheat special pan. Do not lubricate it with butter. Put chicken breast into this pan and fry for 1-2 minutes. Don`t forget to put rosemary on the top of this poultry.
  3. In 2 minutes, turn chicken breast over. Poultry shouldn`t be sticky.
  4. Fry chicken for 2-3 minutes. You may cover poultry with olive oil, using special brush. Check whether meat is ready. It should be tender and not too soft. There shouldn`t be blood or juice when you cut chicken.
  5. Keep in mind that if you leave poultry in the pan, it will continue cooking. So, you need to take the pan off the fire and put meat into the plate.

This simple dish may be served with any garnish you like. Serve poultry with boiled rice, pasta, baked vegetables or fresh salad.
