How To Cook Cucumber Sauce


The most popular sauce in the world is definitely mayonnaise. However, it isn`t that healthy. If you want to cook the fresher sauce, here is an interesting recipe for you.

  1. Peel and grate cucumber. Get rid of the extra water.
  2. Chop dill and add it into the bowl with sour cream.
  3. Grate garlic and add it into the bowl as well.
  4. Mix cucumbers with sour cream. Add salt, lemon juice and mix everything carefully.
  5. Pour it into the small bowl. Decorate it with the leftovers of dill.
  6. That`s it! Your cucumber sauce with garlic is ready.

Eat it with meat of spaghetti. If the sauce is thick enough, you may cover crunchy toasts with it. You can also replace sour cream with Greek yoghurt. Add olive oil and lemon juice and you`ll have nice Greek sauce to serve meat and fish with.
