Honey Mustard Grilled Ribs


When you`re planning to go on a picnic and need to cook something filling, use this recipe. Even inexperienced cooks are able to cope with it. By the way, this marinade may be used for cooking different meat meals.

  1. Choose nice juicy ribs and wash them.
  2. Cover meat with soy sauce.
  3. Salt will be added later, when meat is already marinated.
  4. In several minutes, you may add mustard into the bowl.
  5. You may use traditional mustard or any kind of this sauce you like.
  6. Cover pork ribs with liquid honey.
  7. Add black pepper and salt. As soy sauce is salty enough, you may cook meat without adding this spice.
  8. Mix all the ingredients well and leave them to marinate for 30-40 minutes.
  9. Meanwhile prepare your grill.
  10. Then put pork ribs on the grid.
  11. As we use honey and mustard while cooking this marinade, your pork ribs may burn. So, don`t forget to turn them over each 1-2 minutes.
  12. Actually, you may replace honey with any sweet syrup. If you do not like sweet marinades, use sour cream or mayonnaise.
  13. Meat will be ready in 8-9 minutes. Now you may cover them with the tinfoil and put into the plate.
  14. It`s easy to check whether meat is ready. If you stick it with the fork and there is no blood, you`re done.
