Instructions:
  1. Mash cottage cheese, using a fork.
  2. Add honey, egg, baking powder and 2 tbsp of the flour. Mix everything well. Knead the dough. Form a tight roll and cut it into the circles.
  3. Fill the separate bowl with the rest of the flour.
  4. Roll each pancake in the flour and fry them in the pan, covered with the vegetable oil.
