  1. Wash tomatoes and cut them.
  2. Fill the pan with the water and stew tomatoes for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Strain them.
  4. Put boiled tomatoes into the bowl of the blender and mash, turning vegetables into the thick sauce. Pour this mass into the pan again and boil for 15 more minutes.
