Instructions:
  1. Mix the yeast with 40 ml of water. Add sugar and mix everything carefully.
  2. Add the rest of the water into the bowl with the flour. Leave both bowls in a warm place for half an hour. Don’t forget to cover each bowl with a towel.
  3. Add malt, honey and softened butter.
  4. Mix everything slowly. The dough will become smooth and less sticky.
  5. Form a roll and put it on a tray, covered with some baking paper. Cut the top of this ball horizontally and dust it with the flour. Leave it in a warm place for an hour.
  6. Preheat the oven to 428 F. Bake your loaf for 40-50 minutes. When you start baking, put a bowl with water into the oven. In ten minutes take it out.

You`re done. Enjoy the taste of the warm bread with a cup of milk or a slice of butter.
