Homemade Sourdough Bread

  1. Mix yeast with 40 ml of the water. Add sugar and mix everything carefully.
  2. Add the rest of the water into the bowl with the flour. Leave both bowls in the warm place for a half an hour. Don`t forget to cover each bowl with the towel.
  3. Add malt, honey and soft butter.
  4. Mix everything slowly. The dough will become smooth and less sticky.
  5. Form a roll and put it on the tray, covered with the baking paper. Cut the top of this ball crosswise and dust it with the flour. Leave it in the warm place for an hour.
  6. Preheat the oven to 428 F. Bake your loaf for 40-50 minutes. When you start cooking, put the bowl with the water into the oven. In ten minutes take it out of the stove.
