Instructions:
  1. Start cooking this meal by preparing the fresh sauce. Take a small bowl, add mayonnaise into it. Sprinkle everything with lemon juice. Add minced garlic and chopped capers. Mix everything carefully and transfer the bowl to the fridge.
  2. Now you can get down to cooking salmon patties. This is the most important part of the dinner. Preheat the grill or grilling pan. Add vegetable oil.
  3. Take a large bowl and mix minced red fish fillets with whisked egg, more mayonnaise, dry mustard and chopped parsley.
  4. It will be easy to form patties if you add breadcrumbs . Don’t forget about all the spices. Knead the dough carefully and form 6 flat patties.
  5. Grill them carefully for 3-4 minutes on both sides
  6. As for the buns, you can either grill or toast them.
  7. Now get down to forming homemade burgers. Cover each half of the bun with a thin layer of the sauce. Add lettuce and one patty. Top everything with slices of onion and cucumbers. If you like, you can add more herbs.

Serve this healthy huge burger with additional portion of the sauce and enjoy the taste.
