  1. Prepare the dough: mix dry yeast, sugar and flour.
  2. Form a hole and fill it with water, oil and salt. Mix the dough. Add 1/3 of water while mixing it.
  3. Your dough should be soft. Form a ball, dust it with the flour and cover with the plastic wrap. Leave it for a half an hour in the warm place.
  4. Meanwhile cook the sauce. Preheat the frying pan, filled with oil. Add peeled tomatoes and garlic. Fry everything for several minutes. Then add basil, tomato paste and oregano. Take the pan off the fire.
  5. Cover the working place with the thin layer of the flour. Flatten the dough, making the circle. Put it into the tray, covered with baking paper. Form small edges.
  6. Lubricate the edges with olive oil and the sauce. Cover it with grated cheese and toppings. Put this pizza into the preheated oven. Bake it at 392 F until the dish is ready.

Your yummy homemade pizza is ready. Cut it into slices and serve!
