Meanwhile cook the sauce. Preheat the frying pan, filled with oil. Add peeled tomatoes and garlic. Fry everything for several minutes. Then add basil, tomato paste and oregano. Take the pan off the fire.
Cover the working place with the thin layer of the flour. Flatten the dough, making the circle. Put it into the tray, covered with baking paper. Form small edges.
Lubricate the edges with olive oil and the sauce. Cover it with grated cheese and toppings. Put this pizza into the preheated oven. Bake it at 392 F until the dish is ready.
