Instructions:
  1. Mix the flour with one egg and water carefully. All you need to sift the flour through the sieve and form a pile in the middle of it. Add raw egg in it and slowly pour water.
  2. Knead the dough until it`s smooth and non-sticky.
  3. Cover the dough ball with the plastic wrap or with the glass bowl and leave it for a half an hour.
  4. Meanwhile cook the filling. Preheat the frying pan with the olive oil. Cook minced beef in it. Fry everything slowly. Don`t forget to add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. While meat is being fried, mash garlic.
  6. Put the fried minced meat into the plate. Cover it with the plastic wrap.
  7. Divide the dough into four pieces.
  8. Flatten each one with the rolling pin.
  9. Mix cream with tomato sauce and mashed garlic. Cover the layer of the dough with this sauce.
  10. Add the layer of the minced meat. It should cover all the surface of the dough.
  11. Now you may add the rest of the ingredients: slices of onion, grated cheese, chopped parsley.
  12. Add thin slices of olives, decorating your homemade pizza. All you need now is to bake this delicious dish!
