Instructions:
  1. To begin with, prepare the eggs for cooking this sauce. Dip them into the boiling water for 1 minute.
  2. Take the eggs out of hot water and put them in the ice-cold water for 2 minutes.
  3. Break the eggs into the bowl. Add salt, sugar and mustard.
  4. Beat this mixture for 2 minutes, using blender. It`s important to beat the sauce without lifting the blender.
  5. Then add vegetable oil and beat everything again for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Finally, pour vinegar into the bowl and shake everything for 1 minute more .
