Homemade Ice Cream with Berries


This summer dessert can be eaten in winter as well. It`s very tasty and fragrant. Homemade ice cream is healthier and tastier than the one you may find in the shop. While cooking this dessert, you may choose any topping you like and enrich the taste of your dessert.

  1. Separate yolks and eggs. For cooking this dessert you`ll need to use only yolks. Whip them with the sugar powder until the mass is smooth. Heat it in the pot.
  2. Add lean cream and continue whipping.
  3. Continue heating and stirring this mass.
  4. Boil it for 8-10 minutes until the mass is thick.
  5. Leave it to cool down. Then you`ll need to put this creamy mass into the freezer for several minutes.
  6. Whip fat cream in the separate bowl.
  7. Take creamy mass out of the freezer and mix it with fat cream. Whip everything with a powerful blender.
  8. Put it into the freezer again and wait for 1.5 hours.
  9. Now you may add all the fillings you like. It may be nuts, chocolate, berries.
  10. Leave your yummy ice cream in the freezer for the whole night.
