Homemade Ham with Adjika and Garlic


What can be tastier than yummy meat, baked in the oven? The only right answer is another piece of a tasty meat. Everyone loves ham. So, kids and adults will definitely eat it with pleasure. Today I will share with you one of my favourite recipes for this dish.

  1. Though the choice of spices if very important, it`s much more important to choose qualitative meat. Pork should be very juicy. That`s why you should choose the piece of meat with the layer of fat. Even if you do not like lard, this dish will still amuse you.
  2. So, wash the piece of meat, get rid of the extra water, using paper towels.
  3. Cut meat crosswise in several places.
  4. Fill these small holes with the garlic. Use 0.5 of the garlic.
  5. Rub the piece of meat with the salt.
  6. Mash the rest of garlic.
  7. Use it to cover the piece of meat with this fragrant mass.
  8. Find spicy adjika.
  9. Finally, cover meat with this spicy sauce.
  10. To form the tight roll, wrap it with the threads.
  11. Now it`s time to leave this meat for the whole night. In this case it will be well-marinated.
  12. Bake meat in the preheated oven for an hour.
  13. When you`re done, get rid of the thread and cut meat into slices.

And I also added some chicken liver slices and it turned out such chicken saltison, only then you need less spices so as not to beat the taste of the liver.
