Instructions:
  1. For cooking this fragrant tea you`ll need to use fresh ginger. This main ingredient helps with nausea and bloating. What is more it improves the absorption of nutrients. That`s why it`s recommended to drink a glass of fragrant finger tea in the morning. So, peel ginger and grate it carefully. You can also slice it into thin pieces. However, in this case it won`t be that fragrant.
  2. Fill the pan with 2 cups of cold water. Add Grated ginger, cinnamon flowers, fresh mint leaves and cayenne pepper.
  3. Bring it to boil and turn off the heat. Now set the pan aside. Leave it for 10 minutes. Then pour fragrant liquid in the teapot. Don’t forget to get rid of the ginger and herbs.
  4. Now squeeze juice of a half of the lemon. Add lemon juice into the teapot as well. Stir in honey to taste.

Serve this drink hot or cold. It is very tasty and fragrant.
