Homemade Chocolate Cake with Red Cranberry

  1. Sift the flour through the sieve and mix it with cocoa powder and salt.
  2. Take another bowl and mix soft butter with sugar in it. Use a powerful mixer for this purpose. Mass in the bowl should be white and very tender. Slowly add dry ingredients into the bowl.
  3. Find two round forms and cover each one with baking paper. Fill them with the dough and bake your chocolate cake for 25 minutes at 356 F. When it`s ready, leave the parts of your future cake on the grid. In several minutes you may get rid of the leftovers of baking paper.
  4. Meanwhile you may cook sweet cream. Find a separate bowl and mix sugar powder with cocoa and soft butter. Cream should be very light and yummy.
  5. Use this cream to cover both layers of the chocolate cake. Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder into the bowl with the leftovers of the cream and use this darker mass to decorate the top and the edges of the cake.
  6. Wash berries and get rid of the leaves.

Covering with mastic can only cake, missed butter cream. Otherwise, it may melt and lose its appearance. For gluing mastic parts, you can use both water and crude protein. I recommend to make part of the cake in advance – for the day. For example, bake a biscuit, prepare ice cream and butter cream.
