Homemade Chicken Tikka Masala

  1. To begin with, cook tikka masala sauce. Peel ginger and grate it slowly. Mix yoghurt with ginger, lemon juice and spices.
  2. Cut chicken fillet into small pieces. Leave them in the bowl with this tender sauce for an hour. If you have enough time, you may wait even for the whole night.
  3. When you`re ready to cook, take the slices of poultry out of the bowl and get rid of the leftovers of the marinade. Put them into the form, covered with the tinfoil. Cook chicken for 10-14 minutes until meat is golden-yellow.
  4. During the process of cooking, you should turn the slices over.
  5. While you`re baking chicken, cook hot spicy sauce. Chop chili pepper and garlic. Mash canned tomatoes, using a powerful blender. If you use tomato sauce, it should be smooth as well.
  6. Preheat the small pot with the melted butter in it. Cook garlic and pepper on the slow fire for two minutes. Stir everything constantly. Add the spices.
  7. Later add cream and tomato sauce. Boil this mass and slow down the fire. Cook everything for 10 minutes.
  8. Add chicken into the pan with the sauce and continue cooking your delicacy for 5 more minutes.
  9. Now it`s time to cook the tortillas. Indian “naah” are very easy to cook. Mix warm water with milk, sugar and dry yeast. Leave everything in the bowl for 10-15 minutes. The add 1 whipped egg and the flour. Knead the dough slowly. Divide the dough into small balls. Flatten each one.
  10. Fry these flat circles in the preheated pan with the melted butter. Cook them from both sides.

Serve yummy tikka masala chicken with the tortillas and the portion of the white rice. Decorate chicken with the chopped cilantro. Bon Appetite!
