It`s delicious and aromatic dessert, your family will like. Simple and cheap ingredients make this cake available for everybody. I recommend you to cook it without eggs and add a bit of semolina in the cream. Try to cook this dessert together with me.

Instructions:
  1. Mix yoghurt with sugar.
  2. Add vegetable oil and soda, sprinkled with vinegar.
  3. Whip using mixer until smooth.
  4. Sift flour through the sieve and add it into the bowl. Mix everything once again.
  5. Cover round form with baking paper. Pour dough into it. I suggest you to divide the dough in two parts and bake each one for 40 minutes at 356-392 degrees. Use a toothpick to check whether the cake is ready.
  6. Take it out of the form and leave to cool down.
  7. Cover each layer of the cake with sweet cream. I prefer to use the one with semolina.
  8. Cook the icing. Mix cocoa powder with sugar and add several tablespoons of sour cream. Cook on low hit, constantly stirring.
  9. When this mass boils, take the pan of the fire and add several pieces of butter into it. Mix this chocolate mass.
  10. Cover the cake with this icing. The edges should be covered with cream.
  11. Decorate the top of the cake with grated walnuts and coconut shaving. Put the cake into the fridge for 3 hours. If you have more time, leave the cake in the fridge for the whole night.
