Instructions:
  1. Find fresh and natural sour cream. It shouldn`t be cold so leave it in the warm place for 10 minutes before cooking.
  2. Pour it into the deep bowl and whisk carefully until the mass is thick enough. There should be no lumps.
  3. Keep in mind that there will be extra liquid in the bowl. Get rid of it and continue mixing everything with a wooden spoon.
  4. When the mass is thick enough, form middle-sized bricks and cover them with the plastic wraps. Leave it in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.
  5. Grate hard cheese on the coarse grater. In half an our take butter out of the fridge. Cut it into slices and add them to the bowl of the blender along with chopped herbs and grated cheese.
  6. Add a pinch of salt and blend everything until smooth. When you`re done, form bricks and cover them with the plastic wrap again.

You can store butter both in the fridge and in the freezer. If you like, you can also add several gloves of garlic to this mass. In this case the result will be even better.
