Instructions:
  1. Cut cucumbers and put thin slices into the bowl. Add vinegar, salt. Mix everything well and leave everything for several minutes.
  2. Take another bowl and fill it with ground meat, garlic, ginger, chopped onion and salt. Mix everything well and form big chops. Preheat the frying pan.
  3. Cook chops until they are brown. You`ll need to fry it for 5 minutes from both sides. Meanwhile mix the chili sauce with homemade mayonnaise.
  4. Form burgers. Cover one half of the bun with one sauce, another half – with the second sauce. Decorate chops with marinated cucumbers.
