Homemade Bread You May Eat with Anything


Today I`ll share with you one simple recipe. You may cook this soft homemade bread without any problems. It always has nice crust and soft flesh.

Cook this dish with love and all your family members will eat it with pleasure.

  1. Mix all dry ingredients: the flour, yeast, sugar and salt.
  2. Heat milk but do not let it boil. Add butter and wait until it melts. The liquid should be warm, not hot.
  3. Mix dry and liquid ingredients. Leave this mass for 10 minutes. Then you need to knead the dough for 5-7 minutes. You may slowly add flour for the dough not to be too liquid.
  4. Form a ball and put it into the bowl, covered with the vegetable oil. Cover it with the plastic wrap. Put this bowl into the warm place and leave it for 1,5 hours.
  5. Dust your working place with the flour and put the dough on the top of it. Divide the dough into 3 parts and form 3 balls. Put them on the table, cover with the towel and leave for 5 minutes.
  6. Then you need to flatten each ball.
  7. Fold this circle and flatten it one more time.
  8. Then you need to form the roll. Do it with the rest of pieces.
  9. Put these rolls into the form, covered butter and dusted with the flour. Cover each the with the plastic wrap and leave it for an hour.
  10. Lubricate each loaf with the milk and dust it with flour.

Bake it for 35 minutes at 356 degrees. I also recommend you to put the pan with water on the bottom of the oven.

When the dish is ready, put the loaf on the grid and leave it to cool down. Bon Appetite!
