Instructions:
  1. To make burger soup, take a small saucepan. Add oil and fry bacon in it. Cook it for 2-4 minutes, then remove the pan from the heat.
  2. Add ground beef into the pan. Cook it for 10 minutes. It will become light-brown. Don’t forget to stir it from time to time. Take the beef out of the pan and set it aside.
  3. Reduce the heat and add soft butter. Peel and cut onion into thin slices. Add it into the pan as well. Cook everything for 5 minutes until the dish is ready.
  4. Now you can add the rest of the vegetables. Slice carrots, potatoes and celery and add them into the pan. Cook everything for 10 more minutes. The veggies should become soft.
  5. Pour chicken broth into the pan. This will make the crock pot cheeseburger soup tastier. Add all the spices you like. Add salt and pepper to the dish.
  6. Add ground beef into the pan again. If you think that this dish is too thick, you can add more broth into the pan. Simmer your soup for 10 minutes in the pan, covered with the lid.
  7. Now stir in cream and add the grated cheese. Top the dish off with bacon.

Serve it on warm plates. If you like, you can decorate each portion with fresh chopped parsley or spring onions.

 If you want, you can freeze the soup. Whenever you want to eat fresh soup, you can reheat it for 5-10 minutes. You can cook this cheeseburger soup without potatoes. In this case, the texture of the soup will remain the same after freezing.
