Instructions:
  1. Cooking delicious vegetable cookies is very easy. Start by preheating the frying pan. Add 1 teaspoon of oil into it. Fry cumin seeds for 1 minute. Add chopped onion and tiny slices of green pepper. Cook everything for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Grate carrot on the coarse grater and add this bright orange vegetable into the pan as well.
  3. Turn off the heat and mix all the veggies one more time. Leave everything to cool down.
  4. Take a separate bowl to mix all the dry ingredients in it. Mix flour with salt and baking powder in it.
  5. Add Soft butter and veggies. Mix everything carefully until this mass is smooth.
  6. Now you need to add milk into the pan. Knead the dough for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Cover the bowl with this dough with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat the oven to 375 F. Take the dough out of the fridge and divide it into smaller pieces. Form small cookies and bake them in the oven for 15 minutes.
