Healthy Salad with Tomatoes, Mozzarella and Arugula
This variation of fresh salad should definitely impress you. This dish is fresh and spicy.
Total calories in the prepared dish
Cut tomato into thin slices. Slice onion. Fill the bowl with tomatoes, onion and 0.5 of basil. Add 3 tbsp of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Take a separate bowl. Sprinkle it with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Add tomato mixture, mozzarella and the rest of fresh basil.
Sprinkle this fresh salad with balsamic vinegar before serving.
