Healthy Salad with Tomatoes, Mozzarella and Arugula

- Cut tomato into thin slices. Slice onion. Fill the bowl with tomatoes, onion and 0.5 of basil. Add 3 tbsp of olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Take a separate bowl. Sprinkle it with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Add tomato mixture, mozzarella and the rest of fresh basil.
