Healthy French Fries. Yummy Pumpkin Sticks for a Snack
This snack is nutritious, interesting and rather unusual. It may be eaten instead of chips or French fries.

- Preheat the oven to 356 F.
- Pell pumpkin, get rid of the sticks and cut the vegetable into thin sticks.
- Put it into the bowl, and add syrup with spices. Mix everything well.
- Cover the tray with the baking paper and add pumpkin sticks. Bake everything for 30 minutes until pumpkin is soft. Add salt.
Serve pumpkin sticks with your favourite sauces as a snack or yummy garnish.
