Healthy French Fries. Yummy Pumpkin Sticks for a Snack
This snack is nutritious, interesting and rather unusual. It may be eaten instead of chips or French fries.

Preheat the oven to 356 F.
Pell pumpkin, get rid of the sticks and cut the vegetable into thin sticks.
Put it into the bowl, and add syrup with spices. Mix everything well.
Cover the tray with the baking paper and add pumpkin sticks. Bake everything for 30 minutes until pumpkin is soft. Add salt.
Serve pumpkin sticks with your favourite sauces as a snack or yummy garnish.
