Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F beforehand. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Now take a small saucepan and mix the butter with dry herbs, minced garlic, lemon juice and spices. Heat everything and cook for 2-4 minutes. The melted butter will become very fragrant.
  3. Leave the butter to cool down.
  4. Now place the fish on the baking tray, covered with parchment. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour the fragrant melted butter over it. If you like, you can also add thin slices of lemon.
  5. Bake the white fish for 10-15 minutes. It will become soft and tender.
