Instructions:
  1. Wash, peel and grate potato. Get rid of the extra liquid.
  2. Add milk, flour and eggs into the bowl. Mash garlic and add it into the bowl as well. Salt this potato dough.
  3. Preheat the frying pan with the vegetable oil and cook small pancakes from both sides.
  4. Put them on the paper towel to get rid of the extra oil.
