Instructions:
  1. Cooking this dish is very easy, even if you plan on making everything from scratch. Take a large bowl and mix ground beef with egg yolks. Leave the egg whites in the fridge; you’ll use them later. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix everything carefully.
  2. Form patties. Put a thin slice of butter on top of each patty.
