Hamburger with Chicken and Indian Spices


If you order burgers regularly and cannot imagine your life without this delicacy, we can share  another interesting burger recipewith you. For the poultry to be more tender, use yoghurt, sour cream or milk while cooking marinade.

As I wanted to cook Indian-style dish, I`ve added special spices. You can do the same. This is definitely one of the best hamburger recipes!

  1. To begin with, prepare the marinade. Mix milk with all the spices. You can use paprika, turmeric, curry, ginger and so on. Cut the poultry into pieces and leave them in the bowl with the milk for 20-30 minutes. Later mash poultry. Use minced meat to form a chop.
  2. Cook it on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Prepare all the vegetables. Peel the onion and wash tomatoes well.
  4. Cut the onion into thin slices.
  5. Now you’ll need to cut the tomatoes into very thin slices as well.
  6. Cut the bun into two pieces.
  7. Grill it on the pan with the leftovers of the fat. Cook a tender sauce.
  8. Start forming the burger. Squeeze 1 or 3 tbsp of the lemon juice. Peel and mash the garlic. Add salt, spices and black pepper. Mix everything with sour cream and mayonnaise. Cover each half of the bun with this tender sauce. Keep in mind that the patty shouldn’t be too wet!
  9. Add salad leaves, your nutritious burger, onion, tomatoes.
  10. Cover everything with the slices of cheese.
  11. Add spicy tomato sauce. Cover everything with the leftovers of these ingredients.
