Instructions:
  1. To begin with, cook the marinade. Mix Milk with all the spices. You may use paprika, turmeric, curry, ginger and so on. Cut poultry into pieces and leave them in the bowl with the milk for 20-30 minutes. Later mash poultry. Use minced meat to form a chop.
  2. Cook it from both sides for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Prepare all the vegetables. Peel the onion and wash tomatoes well.
  4. Cut onion into thin slices.
  5. Now you`ll need to cut tomatoes into very thin slices as well.
  6. Cut the bun into two pieces.
  7. Grill it on the pan with the leftovers of the fat. Cook tender sauce.
  8. Start forming the burger. Squeeze 1 or 3 tbsp of the lemon juice. Peel and mash the garlic. Add salt, spices and black pepper. Mix everything with sour cream and mayonnaise. Cover each half of the bun with this tender sauce. Keep in mind that the patty shouldn`t be too wet!
  9. Add salad leaves, your nutritious chop, onion, tomatoes.
  10. Cover everything with the slices of the cheese.
  11. Add spicy tomato sauce. Cover everything with the leftovers of these ingredients.
