Instructions:
  1. Wash spinach carefully. Get rid of stems and chop your herbs. Put spinach into the bowl.
  2. Cut avocado in half. Get rid of the pit and cut out the flesh, using a tablespoon.
  3. Cut garlic into thin slices. Add these slices into the bowl. Salt and pepper this mass. It`s not recommended to add more spices for the exquisite taste not to be spoiled.
  4. Add water and mash everything, using blender.

Your guacamole is ready. Now you may use it for cooking sandwiches. Decorate them with slices of eggs. It`s recommended to cook as little paste as possible.
