Grilled Shrimp with Spicy Garlic Sauce

Instructions:
  1. For cooking this dish you`ll need to squeeze fresh juice of the lemon. Cut the lemon in two pieces and squeeze each one.
  2. Prepare the ginger root. Peel it carefully, wash and grate on the coarse grater. Put it into the empty bowl.
  3. Chop garlic. Try to make the pieces as small as possible. Only in this case the dish will be fragrant enough.
  4. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl. Add soft butter. For it not to be too cold, take it out of the fridge beforehand. Mix it with the vegetable oil, soy sauce, fresh lemon juice.
  5. Whip everything until smooth. Then peel the shrimp and leave them in the deep bowl. Defrost them slowly in the warm place. Do not use hot water or a microwave oven. Strain the water and add salt and pepper.
  6. Stick each shrimp with the skewer. Preheat the grill. Wait for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile cover the seafood. Bake them from both sides for 1-2 minutes.

Serve yummy barbecue shrimp with chopped herbs and a glass of dry white wine or a cup of cold beer.
