Grilled Salmon (Secrets of Cooking)

Wash fish and wipe using paper towels. And here is secret number 1. If you use frozen fish, defrost it beforehand. Put it into the fridge for 3-4 hours. In this case, your salmon won’t fall apart.

I used to marinate fish before frying. Now I skip this step. Here is secret number 3: cover fish with the thin layer of vegetable oil and fry on the big fire. In this case you`ll have crunchy crust and juicy meat. Fry salmon for 3-3,5 minutes from both sides.
When fish is ready, sprinkle it with lemon juice. Lemon will make the taste of red fish richer. Grind salt and pepper in the mortar. Serve these spices in the separate bowl. In this case everyone will be satisfied with the taste of the dish.
