  1. First you`ll need to find a nice fish. It should be rather fat and fresh. I recommend you to buy alive fish.
  2. Wash it and peel.
  3. Cook delicious marinade. Cut garlic and onion into thin circles.
  4. Wash herbs and wipe them, using paper towels.
  5. Cut fish from both sides. Fill these holes with garlic and onion.
  6. Rub it with salt and pepper carefully.
  7. Fill the fish with herbs.
  8. Leave everything for an hour.
  9. Finally, put the fish on the grid.
  10. Cook it for 10 minutes from both sides.
