Green Soup with Frozen Peas
Green peas are very popular over the world. If you have a pack of frozen vegetable in your fridge, you can use it for cooking yummy soup all the year round. It will fill you with fiber, fat acids, amino acids and all the healthy microelements, your organism needs.
Here is one of the simplest recipes for such a meal.

First you`ll need to fry onion for 5 minutes. Defrost peas. I recommend to do it beforehand. In this case it will be healthier.
Cut potato into small cubes.
Add 0.5 of the broth into the pan and cook everything for 25 minutes, stirring constantly. Then you`ll need to take the half of all the vegetables out of the pan. Mash them, using a blender and pour into the pan again. Add slices of ham and spices. Heat everything, but do not let your soup boil.
Serve the dish with chopped herbs before serving.
Such a soup is very tender and yummy.
