Green smoothie is a perfect breakfast. It`s healthy and rich in vitamins, so such a meal will do you only good. You may use frozen spinach instead of fresh or add any other ingredients. Add cucumbers or salad leaves, for example, to make it`s taste brighter.

Instructions:
  1. Take all the ingredients and wash them.
  2. Peel the apple and get rid of the core. Cut the apple into squares.
  3. Peel kiwi and cut it into cubes too.
  4. Cut lime and squeeze its juice.
  5. Put cut apples and kiwi into the bowl of the blender. Add mashed spinach and lime juice.
  6. Pour yoghurt with low fat content.
  7. Use blender to whip this mass until smooth.
  8. Now our healthy smoothie is ready.
