Green Rolls. Zucchini Snack for Everyone

Wash zucchini and wipe them, using paper towels. Cut each vegetable into long and thin strips.
Bake them at 392 F until they are golden yellow.
Peel garlic and grate it.
Mix cottage cheese with sour cream.
Add garlic and chopped green into this bowl with cheese.
Add salt and mix everything well.
Cover your zucchini stripes with this tender mass and form tight rolls.
