Instructions:
  1. To begin with, prepare the tender green dough. Chop the zucchini.
  2. Fill the frying pan with the small amount of oil and sauté the vegetables. Add grated lemon zest into the pan. Sift the flour through the sieve. Form a hole in the middle of this pile. Add raw eggs into this hole. Add fried zucchini. Knead the dough and add salt to taste. The dough shouldn’t be too thick.

  5. Add the slices of red bell pepper. Stew everything for 3-5 minutes. Put the fried ingredients into the bowl. Mix everything with the fish. Add all the spices and herbs.
  6. Flatten the dough. Cut it into big squares. Fill each one with the seafood mass. Form small ravioli.
  7. Now you need to cook a fragrant sauce to serve ravioli with. Cook garlic oil one more time. Get rid of the cloves. Add cream and spices into the pan. Stir everything while cooking. Fill the pan with water, boil it and start cooking ravioli.
  8. Serve green ravioli on the plate with the sauce. Decorate each portion with the herbs and the leftover shrimp.
