Instructions:
  1. For cooking this budget healthy meal, you can use homemade dough. However, you can also save time and buy it in the supermarket. If you’re going to use frozen dough, defrost it beforehand.
  2. Preheat the oven to 500 F beforehand. Add olive oil into a baking pan. Transfer the dough to the pan. Sprinkle it with olive oil carefully. Add half of the sauce. You can use basil pesto or even arugula pesto to enrich the taste of this dish.
  3. Sprinkle the pizza with lemon juice to taste.
  4. Add chopped mozzarella.
  5. Cook pizza in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle your dish with the leftovers of the sauce. Add hard grated cheese and arugula on top of this pizza.
