  1. Wash potatoes well and boil without peeling. When it`s ready, leave it to cool down.
  2. Grate cheese and put into the bowl.
  3. Take any kind of minced meat. Salt it, pepper and mix well.
  4. Peel potatoes and grate it too.
  5. Put it into another bowl.
  6. Add one egg into it. Salt, pepper and add wheat flour. Mix nice dough for our rolls.
  7. When the dough is ready, put it on the table, dusted with flour. Make thin “sausages” and cut each one into 8-10 pieces.
  8. Take one piece and roll it into the thin square.
  9. Put minced meat and grated cheese into it. Then make tight roll.
  10. Repeat the same procedure with all the pieces of the dough.
  11. Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan and heat it.
  12. Fry rolls from both sides until golden-yellow.
  13. Cover baking form with vegetable oil.
  14. Put potato rolls into the form.
  15. Take the form and put it into the preheated oven. Bake at 392 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  16. If you want, you may decorate hamburger crescent rolls with chopped greens.
