Instructions:
  1. Cut beef into pieces. Grate carrot. Cut onion into half-rings. Preheat the oil in the frying pan.
  2. Add meat, vegetables and water into the pan. Stew everything solely.
  3. Add sour cream and tomato paste into the pan as well.
  4. Salt and pepper this mass. Add bay leaf. Stew everything until the meat is ready.
