Ginger Tea with Mint and Lemon
Natural tea with ginger, lemon and mint can increase your metabolism, help to get rid of extra pounds and cleanse the organism.
- Wash ginger and peel it. Grate it or cut into small pieces.
- Cut lemon or lime into thin slices.
- Pour boiled water into the cattle with ginger. Add lemon and meat. Pour more water and cover the cattle with the lid.
- Leave everything for 20 minutes.
Now you may drink it. You shouldn`t add sugar into the cup with the tea. It will be sweet enough. If you don`t like its spicy taste, add more water.
