To make potato extra spicy, add a lot of olive oil, garlic and spices before cooking this meal. If you follow our recommendations, your dish will be tasty and crispy.

Instructions:
  1. Rinse potato carefully. If you do not plan to peel it, use a brush to get rid of the dirt. You can cut potato before baking it or cook the whole potatoes.
  2. Mix olive oil with mashed garlic. Add salt and pepper. Stir in rosemary. If you like, you can also use oregano and basil. Whisk everything carefully.
  3. Toss potatoes in the large bowl with olive oil.
  4. Arrange potatoes on the prepared cast iron skillet and top with the leftovers of the fragrant oil. Cook everything for a half an hour. Toss potato each 10 minutes.

When you`re done, serve it warm. It tastes great with all types of meat. Don`t forget to add fresh salad mix to make your meal fully balanced.
