Instructions:
  1. Wash the vegetables and peel them. Cut the onion and grate the carrot. Preheat the pot with a small amount of the vegetable oil. Cook the vegetables for 3-5 minutes. Don’t forget to stir everything constantly. Boil the rice with turmeric, pepper and salt.
  2. Mix it with the small amount of the fried vegetables. Put the rice on a plate, forming a pile.
  3. Now start decorating the serving. Add fried shrimp or any other seafood. Put the slices of the caramelized carrot into the plate.
  4. Add sweet and sour Chinese chicken. If you like, you can add wasabi or any other yummy sauce on the top of the rice pile!
