Fried Sweet Potato. Simple Recipe for Everyone


There are a lot of interesting ways to cook sweet potato. One of the most popular dish is simple frying vegetable. You may serve it with baked or fried meat or even with fresh vegetables.

For frying this dish you may use both vegetable oil and melted butter. In both cases the dish will be really delicious. If you don`t like fried food, you may bake it instead. Sprinkle sweet potato with the vegetable oil and dry herbs.

  1. Wash sweet potato and peel it.
  2. Cut it into slices.
  3. Preheat the frying pan with the olive oil. Add potato into it.
  4. Fry potato until there is a crunchy crust. Then mix everything very carefully. Slow down the fire.
  5. Peel garlic and cut each clove into 2-3 pieces. Add them into the pan together with the chopped rosemary, salt, pepper and paprika. Mix everything carefully one more time.
  6. Fry sweet potato for 3 more minutes.

This dish may be served with carrot or avocado. It`s very delicious. Bon Appetite!
