Fried Spicy Homemade Zucchini


Though there are a lot of different fresh vegetables in summer, most of us prefer to cook something simply and tasty. Here is the recipe of yummy homemade zucchini. For cooking this dish you`ll need fresh middle-sized vegetables. They should be about 2-3 inches and not too old. They are rich in vitamins and easy to cook. Still, you need to remember that these veggies can easily absorb oil, so you shouldn`t cook them for long.

  1. Wash zucchini before frying and cut off the tails.
  2. Wipe veggies and cut them into thin circles, using a sharp knife.
  3. Add salt and pepper to make this dish spicier. You may also put it into the strainer in order to get rid of extra liquid.
  4. Add flour into the plate and roll slices of zucchini in it. Get rid of extra flour and put these circles into the pan, covered with oil. Cook them slowly for the veggies not to burn.
  5. When everything is ready, put these circles on the paper towel in order to get rid of extra fat.
  6. It`s difficult to say, how long you need to cook this vegetables. Control the process by yourself. They`ll become soft and crunchy. Usually the whole process of cooking takes about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Then put these circles into the wide plate. Cover it with the mixture of mayonnaise and garlic.
  8. This sauce is easy to cook: mash garlic and mix it with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
  9. Add more layers of zucchini, lubricating them with hot sauce.
