Fried Shrimp with Garlic
Spanish shrimp with garlic and fragrant sauce is one of the best dishes you may buy in this country. They are served in the clay bowls and eaten hot. The leftovers of the sauce are also eaten with bread.

Traditional recipe is rather easy. You need to find a big pan and shrimp/ Peel them. For the taste and fragrant to be richer, marinate seafood. Mash 2 cloves of garlic and add this mass into the pan with shrimp. Add salt, mix everything and leave for an hour.
Meanwhile preheat the pan with olive oil. Add shrimp shells and 2 more cloves of garlic into this pan. Heat everything for the oil to become fragrant. In 15-20 minutes take the pan off the fire, strain oil and pour it into the pan again.
Now you need to sear shrimp. Heat the oil, add the rest of garlic and dry chili. In a minute, add shrimp. Cook seafood for 1.5 minute and turn them over. Add one teaspoon of brandy. Wait for 1.5 minute again.
Take the pan off the fire, add chopped parsley and mix everything well.
