Fried Salad with Red Bell Pepper


Red bell pepper is bright and yummy, no matter what do you do with it. Today we`ll learn to cook fried vegetables with nuts together. It`s very tasty and easy to cook.

  1. Peel onion and leave it in the bowl with the wine vinegar for 30 minutes.
  2. Wash pepper and get rid of the seeds. Cut it into thin slices and fry in the pan with the small amount of oil. Cook it for 10 minutes.
  3. Slow down the fire and cook pepper until it`s soft. Leave it to cool down.
  4. Strain onion and mix it with fried pepper.
  5. Add yummy nuts.

Serve this salad with the vegetable oil. Mayonnaise or any other sauce will spoil the taste of the dish. Enjoy the taste of this salad and share it with your friends.
