Wash fish fillet and cut it into pieces. Add salt, pepper and spices.
Leave it in the plate. Take another bowl and mix eggs with salt and milk in it. Slowly add the flour, mixing this mass constantly. There should be no lumps.
Preheat the pan with the oil. Roll fish in the egg mass and start frying it.
Cook fish for 5-7 minutes. Then turn it over and continue frying for 5 more minutes.
