- Wash fish fillet and cut it into pieces. Add salt, pepper and spices.
- Leave it in the plate. Take another bowl and mix eggs with salt and milk in it. Slowly add the flour, mixing this mass constantly. There should be no lumps.
- Preheat the pan with the oil. Roll fish in the egg mass and start frying it.
- Cook fish for 5-7 minutes. Then turn it over and continue frying for 5 more minutes.
