Instructions:
  1. For cooking such a tender dessert, choose unripe bananas. Otherwise they will turn into the soft mass while frying.
  2. Choose the frying pan with the thick bottom. Add vegetable oil into the pan and heat it.
  3. Cut bananas into kong pieces.
  4. Take a separate bowl. Whip eggs in it and add a pinch of vanilla, sugar, cinnamon and grated nutmeg. Whip everything, using a mixer. Add the flour and mix everything one more time. Pour milk into the liquid.
  5. Dip each slice of banana into this mass. Put them into the pan with the preheated oil. Cook them on the big fire until they are crunchy. It will take 10-12 minutes to cook all the slices of bananas.
