Instructions:
  1. For cooking such a delicate dessert, choose unripe bananas. Otherwise they will turn into a soft mass while frying.
  2. Choose a frying pan with a thick bottom. Heat vegetable oil in the pan.
  3. Cut bananas into pieces.
  4. In a separate bowl, using a mixer whip eggs and add a pinch of vanilla, sugar, cinnamon and grated nutmeg. Add the flour and mix everything one more time. Pour milk into the bowl.
  5. Dip each slice of banana into this mass. Fry the banana slices in the pan with the preheated oil at a high temperature, to make them crunchy. It will take 10-12 minutes to cook all the banana slices.
