Instructions:
  1. For cooking delicious dish I recommend you to use fresh cod. Do not buy defrosted fish. It`s definitely not that tasty!
  2. Wash fish and wipe it with the paper towel. Add salt. Preheat the frying pan with the olive oil. Add chopped garlic and cook it for 3-5 minute. Add butter and wait until it melts.
  3. Start frying fish. Cook it from both sides.

Serve delicious fish with fresh herbs. Bon appetite!
